Brookhouse Aerospace produces a range of composite structures, producing monolithic and sandwich parts from a range of materials, including carbon fiber composite, glass and Aramid cured by autoclave. Brookhouse Aerospace also manufactures sheet metal fabrications and machined metal parts, fully supply kits and integrated assemblies. Specialist capabilities include a full range of surface treatments and a dedicated Spares and Repairs capability.

Brookhouse Aerospace Limited Announce Management Buy Out from Kaman Corporation.

Brookhouse Aerospace Limited is pleased to announce the completion of a Management Buy Out (MBO) from Kaman Corporation on 3rd February 2020, led by Christopher Morris, Group CEO and Matthew Rossiter, Group CFO. The MBO is supported by UK based private equity investors.
Kaman UK have been part of Kaman Corporation since 2008 with the UK facility being part of the Kaman Aerospace Group. During the past 13 years the business has been successful in securing and delivering on major long-term contracts for Aerospace and Defence OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
The UK facility has grown its focus from manufacturing composite components, structures and assemblies, to offer a complete manufacturing solution covering a broader range of capabilities. The new business Brookhouse Aerospace can offer a wider range of capabilities which now includes metallics, sheet metalwork, fabrication, machining and metal and composite bonding. The facility now has on-site a fully NADCAP, Airbus and BAE Systems approved treatment facility to support customer needs. Additionally, the business also offers a range of Ground Support Equipment to MRO customers. We continue to invest with new cap ex in support of our customer requirements
Brookhouse Aerospace’s key markets lie within the Aerospace and Defence sector and the industry is facing challenging times ahead due to several factors. With the growth and expansion in capabilities the business will be able to demonstrate to its customers an ability to satisfy their needs on a wider scale. The strategic decision to offer composites, metallics and treatments from one site is unique within the industry and supports the demands from the market.
With the strategic direction of Brookhouse Aerospace now in the control of the UK management team and having independence from a larger group, significant growth and investment plans are in place to progress the business forward. This investment will be directed and aligned with the present and future needs of our customers.

Brookhouse Aerospace is focussed on growth through long term relationships and support for our customers. This may not all be achieved through purely organic growth. As the aerospace market re-stabilises, there will be opportunities presented for further supply chain consolidation that will benefit the customer base and Brookhouse Aerospace is now in the position to take advantage of these opportunities.
